Nike was founded in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports by Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman and took its current name in 1971. The Dunk, launched in 1985 as a basketball shoe, became the centre of skateboarding culture through Nike SB from 2002, with limited editions such as the Pigeon by Jeff Staple and artist collaborations. The ISPA line covers the experimental footwear of the company.

The AKAIBU archive holds Nike pieces including Dunk SB Low editions such as the Pigeon and the Sean Cliver collaboration and the ISPA Road Warrior, from 2006 and 2020.

Nike footwear carries the production date and style code on the inner tongue label and the box label. We check these details on every pair before listing.

Every piece in this collection is examined and authenticated in house in Vienna before it is listed. We ship worldwide with tracked delivery, and our showroom in Vienna can be visited by appointment. If you own Nike pieces you would like to sell, see Consign with AKAIBU. If you are looking for a specific piece that is not listed, our Sourcing service can search for it.
