Chanel SS06 by Karl Lagerfeld Sports Silk Boxing Shorts

Chanel made these boxing shorts for Spring Summer 2006 under Karl Lagerfeld, within the Chanel Sport line that ran through the late 1990s and 2000s and is marked by the interlocking CC set in a square, as on the label inside. They are cut in cream silk like a fighter's trunks, with wide chocolate satin bands down each side, a smocked elastic waist and a CC plaque at the front, and the waistband is lined with a printed Chanel logo tape. The shorts are made in Italy and come with their original box.
