We reply with a payment link for your request. The review starts once payment and photos are in. Our result is an expert opinion based on the photos and information you provide; our liability is limited to the fee paid.

You fill in the form and send clear photos following our checklist. Our team checks construction, labels, materials and hardware against our reference archive and sends you a written result.

How long does it take?

Standard results arrive within 48 hours, express within 24 hours, counted from the moment we have your payment and all photos.

Do I need to send the item?

No. Photos are enough for most pieces. If something cannot be judged from the photos, we ask for additional pictures.
