Chanel Metiers D'art 2020 Floral Denim

This floral denim piece comes from Chanel's Metiers d'art 2019/20 collection, titled Paris 31 rue Cambon, the first in the annual series created under Virginie Viard. The Metiers d'art shows exist to feature Chanel's specialist ateliers, among them embroiderers, pleaters, feather makers and goldsmiths. The collection was presented in December 2019 at the Grand Palais on a set designed by Sofia Coppola, which recreated the mirrored staircase of the house's couture salons.
