Berluti by Haider Ackermann FW17 Leather Clutch Prototype

A leather clutch prototype from Berluti's Autumn Winter 2017 season, Haider Ackermann's debut collection as creative director of the Parisian house. Ackermann was appointed in September 2016 and showed his first Berluti lineup in January 2017, setting the maison's leather craft against softer, more fluid tailoring. Leather goods appeared throughout the show, from pocketed totes to a grained leather guitar case. As a prototype, this clutch was produced during the development of the collection rather than for the sales floor.
