Raf Simons AW16 Oversized Destroyed Varisty Knit Sweater

Raf Simons spent his autumn winter 2016 collection pulling American collegiate dress apart, and the oversized destroyed knits became the defining pieces of that season. This varsity version blows the letterman sweater up to exaggerated proportions, its surface worked over with deliberate distressing and unravelled, restitched passages. The destroyed knitwear from AW16 was produced in Italy from virgin wool.
