Miu Miu

Miu Miu was founded in 1993 by Miuccia Prada as a younger and more playful line of the Prada group, named after her nickname. The collections of the 1990s and early 2000s combined nylon, utility and cargo details, mixed panels and small bags with a girlish, ironic sensibility, while the recent collections have returned the line to the centre of the fashion conversation.

The AKAIBU archive holds Miu Miu from Spring Summer 1999 to Spring Summer 2012, with pieces from Spring Summer 1999, Fall Winter 1999, Fall Winter 2005 and Spring Summer 2008. It includes nylon cargo pants, holster and cross body bags, backpacks, leather pieces, dresses, wool coats, mini skirts, belted pieces and footwear.
