Valentino

Valentino was founded in Rome in 1960 by Valentino Garavani and became known for couture, Valentino red and refined evening wear. Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli led the house together from 2008, and Piccioli alone from 2016 to 2024. The menswear of the 2010s combined camouflage, geometric knitwear, sportswear and sharp tailoring. Alessandro Michele has been creative director since 2024.
