Fendi was founded in Rome in 1925 by Adele and Edoardo Fendi as a fur and leather house. Karl Lagerfeld designed the fur and ready to wear collections from 1965 until 2019, one of the longest collaborations in fashion, and created the double F logo. The Baguette bag, designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi in 1997, became one of the defining bags of the 2000s. Kim Jones led the womenswear from 2020 to 2024.

The AKAIBU archive holds Fendi from the 1990s and 2000s, including Baguette bags in embellished, beaded and monogram versions, Zucca monogram pieces, fur and knitwear, tops, trousers, outerwear and footwear from the Karl Lagerfeld years.

Fendi bags carry a serial number on an inner tag and a hologram on later pieces, and the garments carry the season on the inner label. We check these details on every piece before listing.

Every piece in this collection is examined and authenticated in house in Vienna before it is listed. We ship worldwide with tracked delivery, and our showroom in Vienna can be visited by appointment. If you own Fendi pieces you would like to sell, see Consign with AKAIBU. If you are looking for a specific piece that is not listed, our Sourcing service can search for it.
