Louis Vuitton SS2019 Astronaut Space Blanket

An astronaut space blanket by Louis Vuitton from Spring Summer 2019, the season of Virgil Abloh's debut for the house. The collection drew on The Wizard of Oz and on space imagery, and its accessories carried much of that vocabulary. The blanket was produced in a wool and cashmere mix, equipment in form and textile in fact. A piece from the first chapter of the Abloh era.
