Rick Owens FW14 Moody Black Double Layer T-Shirt

Rick Owens named his Fall Winter 2014 collection Moody and framed it around dignity, gravity and the uniforms of authority, drawing on clerical dress as much as gang and police codes. Shapes that season were reduced to their simplest possible forms. He cited Leather Nun, an eighties metal band, among the season's reference points. This black t-shirt works within that reduction, built as two layers in one garment so the body of the shirt doubles on itself.
