Jean Paul Gaultier 90s Mesh Leggings

Sheer mesh was one of Jean Paul Gaultier's defining materials in the 1990s, when he built entire lines around stretch tulle and moved transparency out of lingerie and into daywear. These leggings come from that decade and are cut from mesh throughout. Gaultier's mesh pieces of the period ranged from printed trompe l'oeil designs to plain transparent basics.
