Helmut Lang AW91 Brown Leather Lasercut Dress

Perforated and lasercut leather ran through Helmut Lang's Autumn/Winter 1991 collection, which included treated suede blazers and a perforated zipped mini dress among its looks. At that point the Austrian designer was still in the early years of the label he had founded in Vienna, developing the reduced approach that would define much of the decade. This brown leather dress with its lasercut surface comes from that 1991 season.
