Ann Demeulemeester SS02 White Cracked Leather Skirt

A white cracked leather skirt from Ann Demeulemeester's spring summer 2002 collection. The cracked surface treatment appears across that season's leather pieces, including coats and military cut jackets. Demeulemeester, one of the Antwerp Six who brought Belgian fashion to international attention in the 1980s, worked almost exclusively in black and white throughout her time at the house.
