Maison Martin Margiela 90s Miss Deana Boiled Wool Cardigan

A boiled wool cardigan from Maison Martin Margiela's nineties knitwear, produced under the Miss Deanna label of the Italian manufacturer Deanna Ferretti Veroni, whose factory made the house's knits from 1992 onward. Margiela used the partnership to develop knitwear that looked worn, stretched and remade, and boiled wool, with its dense felted surface, suited those experiments. Miss Deanna garments carry their own labelling, separate from the house's standard blank and numbered tags.
