Product Details

Kansai Yamamoto staged the first London runway show by a Japanese designer in 1971 and went on to create stage costumes for David Bowie. His name is usually tied to riotous color and kabuki scaled spectacle, which makes this piece an outlier: a navy blue shirt cut along plain workwear lines. Yamamoto kept designing under his own label until his death in 2020.
