Givenchy SS12 Birds of Paradise Black/Blue Shirt

Givenchy's Spring Summer 2012 menswear drew on Riccardo Tisci's childhood fascination with surf culture, enlarging the floral motifs of Hawaiian shirting to unnatural scale. The birds of paradise print that resulted ran across shirts, tailoring, bombers and jersey, and became one of the most recognised images of Tisci's Givenchy. This button-up is from that collection and carries the print in the season's black and blue colourway.
