Christian Dior SS03 by John Galliano Laced Flight Pants

Christian Dior's Spring Summer 2003 season produced these flight pants, designed by John Galliano during his run as the house's creative director. The trousers take their name from two elements: the flight styling of the cut and the lacing worked into the design. Galliano directed Dior's womenswear from 1996 to 2011, and his early 2000s collections repeatedly pulled technical and utilitarian references into the house's couture vocabulary.
