Balenciaga FW21 Afterworld Limited Edition Hourglass Bag

For Fall 2021, Balenciaga skipped the physical runway and released the collection inside Afterworld: The Age of Tomorrow, a video game set in the year 2031 that led players through five zones toward a rave in a forest. This Hourglass bag was issued as a limited edition tied to that season. The Hourglass itself, with its curved base, is one of the defining bag shapes of Demna Gvasalia's tenure at the house.
