Helmut Lang SS00 White Cargo Bondage Jacket

A white cargo jacket from Helmut Lang's spring summer 2000 season, when bondage strapping ran across the label's jackets, vests and trousers. That year Lang carried the technical edge of his 1999 biker garments into lighter summer construction, combining harness straps, cargo pockets and utility hardware with an otherwise pared back line. On many of these pieces the straps hang free below the hem when the garment is worn conventionally.
