Product Details

Cotton moleskin was one of Helmut Lang's recurring outerwear fabrics, a dense twill sheared to a soft, matte surface that stands up to wear. This coat dates from the 2000s, the final stretch of the Viennese designer's own tenure at the label before the Prada Group took full control in 2004 and Lang left fashion for art. His moleskin outerwear from those New York years followed the same pared back tailoring that ran through the rest of the ready to wear.
