Balenciaga FW20 Oversized Mockneck Sweater

Balenciaga staged its Fall Winter 2020 show in March 2020 on a flooded Paris runway beneath an LED ceiling that cycled through rain and storm skies, a staging widely read as commentary on climate change. Demna Gvasalia kept the season largely black and pushed proportions outward across tailoring, outerwear and knitwear. This sweater follows that oversized line and is finished with a mockneck collar.
